i want change too. changing gloria is a temporary relief. cha-cha is not intrinsically evil. i don’t know why most people don’t see that. most progressive countries in asia have a parliamentary system. that should say something about the need for a system change here as well. filipinos abroad are good citizens, and that’s because the system there works.
